In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, you will need to contact us to register the return. We will ask you for the date of the purchase and the reason for the return so please have those details handy.
A refund will be given for the product but NOT the postage costs (providing it falls under our returns agreement).The buyer will have to make their own arrangements in returning the item. When item has been received, a refund will be given then.
There are certain items like underwear, wigs, stockings etc. that we ask our customers not to try on if they want to return them. These items cannot be accepted as returns once opened.
Any goods that are returned outside of our returns policy will automatically become in dispute and will be resolved on a case by case basis.
Any product issues need to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
